John Durso
John Durso and his wife, Lori, are the owners of J&L Repair. John has over 36 years of experience in the HVAC industry and five years as a business owner. He takes pride in excellent customer service, reasonable pricing, and high quality equipment. Outside of work - you can find John at the gym, working on trucks, or building things!
Lori Durso
Lori Durso is co-owner of J&L Repair. After 21 years as a dental assistant, she made the move to business owner. Lori wears many hats, including office manager, customer service, and boss! What she loves most about the business is having the ability to help people out as she sees fit. Lori is a mother of 6 children and 8 grandchildren. She loves to spend her free time playing with the grandbabies!
Joseph Durso
Joseph Durso is the lead Service Technician at J&L Repair. He is 26 years old and has been working in the HVAC field since he was 16. Joseph has many certifications, including EPA, NATE, OSHA, VRF Systems, Water Cooled Systems, Industrial HVAC, and Dual Fabrication. He enjoys working with his family and learning the business in order to continue it for many generations! When not working - Joseph loves hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
Taylor Cannon
Taylor Cannon is the receptionist for J&L Repair. She is originally from Bowling Green, Virginia. Taylor loves working at J&L Repair because of the family atmosphere and positive environment. Taylor enjoys shopping, playing with her pet rabbit. and spending time with her boyfriend Joseph.
Austin Caldwell
Austin Caldwell is a Lead Service Technician at J&L Repair. He is 26 years old and has over 10 years of experience in the field. Austin is passionate about the family business. He loves being able to see how their work benefits both the customer and the business, and knowing that their work is held to the highest standards and will always be done correctly every time! Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, watching college football, fishing, and hunting.
Codey Wade
Codey Wade is the Install and Maintenance Technician at J&L Repair. He has been in the HVAC field for 6 years. He loves working with family and the excitement of customers after seeing a job complete. He takes pride in making sure his customers receive the highest quality services. Codey is also a talented artist and loves to paint. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, having game nights with friends, and gardening.
